Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood is an action adventure available for Playstation 3,Xbox 360 and PC. It is the third part of the Assassin’s Creed Series developed by Ubisoft. The story of Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood picks up where Assassin’s Creed 2 left off. Desmond Miles and his team have to find a new hide out, after escaping an attack of the modern-day Templars. Once again they have to enter Desmond’s memories via the Animus - a machine that allows a person to enter the memories of ancestors - to take control of Ezio Auditore during the Rennaissance-era in Italy and discover “essential data that remains locked inside Ezio’s memories”. Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood is a third-person action adventure. It combines stealth and combat action with various weapons from the 15th century. The game features a huge open world allowing you to complete missions in several different ways. A defining element of the Assassin’s Creed Series are viewpoints. 1. Follow the on-screen instruction during the sequence.
2. Once you are in control of your character, follow the path.
3. Then, use eagle vision to discover where to climb up the wall and climb up it.

5. Keep following Mario and take out the enemies along the way (see combat tips above for more info). Follow the on-screen instructions to learn about the controls of the game.

1. Run after the horse (marked on your map), mount it and return it to the marked location.

1. Find the sleeping guard (marked on your map) and escort him to the marked location.

1. Return to the villa and then walk into Ezio’s room.

3. After the next sequence, run towards the other cannon and keep destroying the enemy cannons until the next sequence starts.
4. Now, climb up the tower ahead and eliminate the enemy forces. Another sequence will start.

1. Follow the path and eliminate all enemies.
2. Walk up to the villa and save your sister. Eliminate all enemies and keep following your sister until the next sequence starts.

1. Follow the shadow of Ezio and jump into the hay.
2. Wait until the lights turn on and use the lever. Then, follow the path.
3. Keep following the path until you reach the big hall with water. Always, look out for objects to climb along the way.
4. In the big hall, use the lever ahead. Keep holding the button until your friend is on the next platform. Then, swim towards her.
5. Climb up the structure next to her and use the next lever. Again, hold the button until she is on the next platform.
6. Use the following two levers and proceed.
7. You then need to drop down a bridge for her. Climb up the structure ahead. To your right you will see the lever. Walk along the beams behind you to reach it.
8. Throw her across the next abyss and proceed.
9. In order to reach the next lever, climb down the ladder to your right and climb along the path.
10. Keep following the path and use the levers along the way. Finally, turn on eagle vision and use the next lever.
11. After the sequence, run up the stairs and interact with the power box outside.
12. Now, run around the village to find the remaining power boxes. Use eagle vision to discover them. Look for power cables, they will lead you to the box.
13. Afterwards, get into the Animus.

2. Walk to the doctor marked on your map. Then, take the medicine.
3. Climb the church marked on your map and synchronize the viewpoint.
4. Then, jump into the hay.
5. Now, follow the guards. Keep your distance and blend in by walking into groups of people.
6. Finally, kill all the guards. Then, go talk to the man marked on your map.

1. Kill your target with the hidden blade for full synchronization.
2. Proceed to the marked location on your map.
3. Climb the building and lock onto the target from the roof.
4. Then, kill the target.
5. Now, loose the guards. Either kill them or run away and hide.
6. Afterwards, proceed to the next memory.

1. Throw the Borgia Captain into the scaffold to kill him for full synchronization.
2. Follow your friend and purchase the items at the shop.
3. Keep following him and kill the guard marked on your map. Simply, walk towards him and throw him into the scaffold next to you.
4. Eliminate all attacking enemies, climb the tower and set it on fire.
5. Then, move to the next memory and renovate the stable.

1. Do not loose any health for full synchronization.
2. Get on a horse and follow your friend.
3. Then, run after the thief and tackle him.
4. Afterwards, climb a few viewpoints around the next memory to update the map and proceed to the memory. Locate the viewpoints by looking at your map.

1. Catch the Borgia courier in under one minute for full synchronization.
2. Follow Niccolo.
3. Then, kill the guards attacking the thief.
4. Finally, run/climb after the courier and tackle him.
5. Afterwards, proceed to your next memory.

1. Do not loose any health for full synchronization.
2. Defeat all enemies. See combat tips for more help.
3. Afterwards, proceed to the next memory.

1. Complete the memory within 8 minutes for full synchronization.
2. Climb the column in front of you, climb to its side and then jump to the column to your left (North).
3. Then, jump to the platform ahead and to the first lever (located North-East). Use the lever.
4. Now, jump to the next lever (North-West).
5. Proceed to the south lever and jump/climb along the path.
6. Now, get to the lever located East. Jump onto the column ahead and then to the wall. Climb along the path until you reach the last lever.
7. Jump into the water below and proceed South.
8. Go right and climb onto the column. Then, jump towards the wall and climb along the path.
9. When you jump over the next gate, climb the column and the beam ahead. Then, follow the path and use the lever.
10. In the next room, climb the column to your left and climb along the path to cross the fire.
11. Climb the statue in front of the water and onto the platform ahead. Climb up the gate and follow the path until the next sequence starts.
12. Then, climb the objects to your left and proceed through the opening. Follow the path, climb the column and jump onto the wall to your right. Follow the path and jump onto the structure in the center of the room.
13. Climb up the structure and climb around it. Jump towards the beam and follow the path.
14. In the next room, climb the wall beneath the balcony and climb along the beams to your left.
15. Climb all the way around the room and then jump on the columns in the center of the room.
16. Jump along the columns and after the last column falls, jump towards the wall ahead.
17. Climb upwards and along the beams to the balcony.
18. Loot all the boxes in the next room and get the letter.
19. Then, leave the cave at the marked location.
20. Follow Niccolo.
21. Then, climb a viewpoint near your next memory and proceed to the next memory (it is located on the top of a building).

1. No interaction required to complete this memory.
2. After the sequence, proceed to the memory located North-West.

1. Do not be detected while reducing notoriety and remain undetected until rejoining La Volpe for full synchronization.
2. Proceed to the marked location. Climb up the building to reach it.
3. Then, eliminate all guards marked on your map.
4. Now, escort the target safely to the marked location. Blend in with other people along the way in order not to get seen and always stay close to the target.
5. Finally, lose your notoriety (remove posters, bribe or kill officials marked on your map) and go to the marked location.
6. Then, talk to the architect to renovate the building.
7. Afterwards, proceed to the next memory.

1. Kill only the Borgia Captain for full synchronization.
2. Kill the leader marked on your map. Ignore the other guards.
3. Afterwards, climb the tower in the middle of the lake and set it on fire.
4. Sneak/climb around the guards and then climb up the tower.
5. Now, return to your friend and then go talk to the architect to renovate the building.
6. Proceed to the next memory. Again, I recommend climbing a few viewpoints before starting the memory.

1. Do not swim for full synchronization.
2. Collect enough money to pay the slave traders by stealing from people.
3. Then, proceed to the location marked on your map and deliver the money.
4. Eliminate the slave traders and return Rosa in Fiore (You need to climb onto the balcony).
5. Now, go talk to the architect marked on your map and renovate the building.
6. Afterwards, proceed to the next memory. Climb a few viewpoints around the memory before you start it.

1. Talk to the person marked on your map.
2. Afterwards, move to the next memory.

1. Do not be detected for full synchronization.
2. Jump into the water and swim/climb to the marked location.
3. Take out the three guards ahead with throwing knives.
4. Then, climb up the ladder.
5. Climb up the wall to your right and take out the guard at the ledge. Then, proceed to your left.
6. Drop down to the marked location and proceed forward to the next location.
7. Jump/climb along the beams ahead and take out the following two enemies on the roof. Use a throwing knife for the one far away.
8. Climb up the tower in the center, towards the marked location.
9. Continue to the next locations.
10. After the following sequence, climb up and kill the guards.
11. Then, drop down into the garden and enter the building.
12. Walk down the stairs and go right, again down the stairs. Now, go left and proceed to the cell. Take out the guards along the way.

1. Do not lose more than 10 health squares for full synchronization.
2. Walk up the stairs and climb the wall to your right.
3. After the sequence approach the women and eliminate all upcoming guards.
4. Then, carry her to the cells. You will need to eliminate some guards along the way. Drop her and kill the guards. Then, catch her again and continue carrying her to the cells.

1. Do not be detected for full synchronization.
2. Carry her along the path and drop her to eliminate guards.
3. Always watch out for guards ahead and kill them silently in order to not be detected.
4. When you reach the outside, proceed to the control units for the gate to your left and right. Carry her with you.
5. Then, walk through gates.

1. Achieve a kill streak of at least 5 guards for full synchronization.
2. Escort your friend over the bridge and then defend yourself against all upcoming guards for the time displayed.
3. When the time is up, escape the guards, get out of the marked area and become anonymous.
4. Afterwards, proceed to the next memory. You need to climb the building to reach the memory.

1. Do not lose more than 5 health squares for full synchronization.
2. Move to the marked locations and kill all guards to recruit assassins.
3. Afterwards, proceed to the next memory.

1. Kill your target using the assassin recruits for full synchronization.
2. Follow the path along the marked locations.
3. When you see your target, signal your fellow assassin’s to kill him.
4. Then, proceed to the next memory.

1. Kill your target using the assassin recruits for full synchronization.
2. Move to the marked location.
3. Then use eagle vision to detect your target in the area.
4. Follow him and remain undetected. Blend in with other people and keep a certain distance.
5. Then, signal your fellow assassins to kill him.

5. Sneak by the guard patrolling the location of the blueprint.
6. Interact with the blueprint and climb the roof ahead.
7. Stay undetected and move to the next location. Then, interact with the explosives.
8. Now, follow the carriage and evade the gun fire.
9. Once you are on the carriage, follow the path and ram the enemies.
10. Then, shoot all upcoming enemies with the machine gun.
11. Afterwards, proceed to the next memory.

1. Interact with the map on the table at the marked location to upgrade your fellow assassins. What to upgrade is completely up to you.
2. Then, move up the stairs and leave the building.
3. After the sequence, proceed to the next memory.

1. Do not be detected while escorting the senator for full synchronization.
2. Move to the marked location and remain in the area until the sequence starts.
3. Then, kill the marked guards.
4. Now escort the senator to the marked locations without being discovered by guards. Use alternate routes to avoid guards and hire mercenaries or prostitutes to distract them.
5. Afterwards, proceed to the next memory. You need at least $3000 to access the memory. See the “Earning Money” section for more info on how to earn money.

1. Do not be detected and do not touch the ground while tailing the senator for full synchronization.
2. Move/climb to the marked location on the roof.
3. Follow the target by climbing along the roofs. Silently eliminate all enemies on the roofs along the way. If you lose sight of your target you have a certain amount of time to catch up (displayed on your screen). Do not touch the ground.
4. Now, you need to climb to the roof of the building. Move to the back of the building and climb up the broken column on the side. Continue climbing to the roof. Always look out for edges and windows to climb.
5. Then, move to the marked location on the roof.
6. Now, drop down the edge and climb down the path.
7. Then, silently kill the guard.

1. Arrive at your destination in less than 3 minutes for full synchronization.
2. Listen to the guards to find the right way. If the meter fills up, you are going the wrong way. It will get back down when you are going the right way.
3. Turn left and walk away from the building across the road that is parallel to the building.
4. At the next intersection turn left and turn left again at the next opportunity.
5. At the next intersection turn right and then do not walk up the stairs, but follow the path.
6. Then, turn left.
7. Turn right and then left down the stairs.
8. Walk straight across the square and follow the road to the right of the church. Then, walk up the stairs to your right.
9. Turn left, then right again left down the stairs.
10. Finally, walk across the bridge.

1. Kill the banker from a bench without being detected.
2. Follow the target without being discovered. Blend in with people or hire prostitutes and walk within their group.
3. After the sequence, follow the next target. Again I recommend hiring prostitutes and walking within their group.
4. After the next sequence, get into the hay ahead and kill the guard next to it while being in the hay.
5. Then, climb the wall ahead to the right, where the people are sitting on a bench. Move along the path to the other side and drop down. Then, sit down on a bench to blend in.
6. When the way is clear, move to the next bench and sit down. Now, wait for the target to walk by and attack him (while sitting on the bench).
7. Afterwards flee by jumping over the wall and down the cliff. Then, run into nearby hay and wait until the mission is complete.

1. Simply watch the sequence to complete this memory.
2. Afterwards, proceed to the next memory.

1. Do not take any damage for full synchronization.
2. You need to close all three gates of the castle.
3. Defend yourself against the immediate attackers and then close the first gate. You need a bit room, since the gate takes a few seconds to close.
4. Then, proceed to the other gates and use the same strategy.
5. After that, kill the remaining enemies inside.
6. Now, follow Bartolomeo.
7. Afterwards, proceed to the next memory.

1. Do not be detected for full synchronization.
2. Hire mercenaries and proceed to the marked locations.
3. Then, let them kill the soldiers. You may kill soldier with your gun or throwing knife from a distance in order not to be detected.
4. Continue until you killed 20 soldiers. Afterwards, proceed to the next memory.

1. Do not lose any health squares for full synchronization.
2. Follow Bartolomeo and his army.
3. Kill the upcoming enemies and keep following Bartolomeo.
4. Quickly take out the following targets within the timeframe and blend in with the army.
5. Once you are inside the fortress, keep following Bartolomeo.
6. After the sequence, eliminate the three targets.

1. Finish the mission in less than 5 minutes for full synchronization.
2. Proceed to the marked location via the roofs.
3. Then, kill the targets and open the gate.
4. After the sequence, stay undetected. Silently, kill the guard to your right.
5. Then, move ahead, climb the wall and eliminate the guard on top.
6. Drop down and kill the target.
7. After the sequence, move to the next memory.

1. Do not drop below 5 health square for full synchronization.
2. Walk outside and kill all marked enemies.
3. Then, get on a horse and follow your friend.
4. When he stops, get off your horse and kill the marked guards.
5. Get back on your horse and follow him to the following locations.
6. Again, kill all marked enemies when he stops.
7. After the mission, proceed to the next memory.

1. You need at least four assassin recruits to be able to start this mission.

10. When he stops, find a way to follow him undetected by climbing around the building and use your fellow assassins for the marked guards.

2. Climb to the marked location and then continue climbing to the top to reach the next location.
3. Carefully watch the next sequence. It will show you the path you need to take.
4. After the sequence, drop down into the hay below.
5. Then, run/jump/climb along the path pointed out in the sequence and jump into the following hay.
6. Silently, kill all targets. You may use your assassin recruits.
7. Then, proceed to the marked location.
8. Walk to the next location and then use eagle vision to find your spot in the play.
9. When the on-screen instruction tells you to, move to the next locations, again use eagle vision to find them.
10. Finally, use eagle vision to locate the target and kill him.

1. Do not swim for full synchronization.
2. Carry Pietro to the doctor marked on your map.
3. Be careful not to be detected by the patrols outside the colosseum.
4. After the sequence, chase the thief and tackle him once you are close enough. Ignore the guards around you.
5. Now, run to the marked location and reach it in time.

1. Simply, watch the sequence to complete this memory.
2. Afterwards, proceed to the next memory. I recommend getting some throwing knives before starting the next mission.

1. Do not get detected for full synchronization.
2. Silently kill the guard in the area ahead and then climb the wall to the next location.
3. Kill one of the next two guards by hanging on the wall and then quickly kill the other one before he notices you.
4. Now climb the tower to get to the next location.
5. To reach the secret door, drop down ahead, and climb/jump along the path with the beams along the wall to your right.
6. When you see the door, climb to the the building across from it and silently kill the guard on top.
7. There are two guards patrolling in front of the stairs. Kill the one going up the stairs and proceed to the door.
8. Walk to the other end of the room and climb up left of the door. 
#Follow the path and climb along the wall, until you reach the opening above the door. 
#Climb up the opening and silently kill the guard in the following room.
9. Walk down the stairs and take out the next guard.
10. Then, walk up the stairs on the right and sneak through the marked door.
11. Kill the guard in the next room. Then, use throwing knives for the guards above you.
12. Climb up the book shelf and then climb out of the window to the next location.

1. Do not kill anyone for full synchronization.
2. Climb to the other side of the building by climbing around the wall without being seen.
3. Then, drop down and walk through the window.
4. After the sequence, run downstairs to the next location.
5. Then, go upstairs, climb the wall to your right and jump onto the platform.
6. Now, jump to the beam ahead and reach the opening via the following beams.
7. Sneak by the guard and run up the stairs.
8. Then, jump into the hay below. Wait until the guard passed you and run right to the end of the wall.
9. Jump onto the platform ahead and into the hay below.
10. Then, run to the marked location. It is inside a big cathedral.
11. Afterwards, proceed to the next memory.

1. Do not lose any health for full synchronization.
2. Attack the enemies with the Apple of Eden. Hold the attack button to charge the Apple of Eden and release. The enemies will start fighting each other.
3. Then, escape the area and become anonymous.

1. Walk into the area marked on your map.
2. Then, use the Apple of Eden to kill the five targets and to defend yourself against the other guards.

1. Proceed to the marked location.
2. Then, follow the target without being detected. Follow him via the rooftops and then climb up the colosseum.
3. After the short sequence, kill the targets as well as all other attackers by using the Apple of Eden. Run around to recover your health.

1. Run into the marked area and defeat all attacking soldiers by using the Apple of Eden.

1. Do not drop below five health squares for full synchronization.
2. Follow the on-screen instruction.
3. Then, defend yourself against the attacking enemies.
4. Now, get on the horse and ride along the path to the marked locations.
5. When your horse gets hit by a cannon, continue running along the path.
6. Try and pass the guards without being discovered by climbing along the buildings. Should you get discovered, simply run away and hide to become anonymous.
7. When you reach the village climb via the buildings to the next location. You need to be anonymous before being able to continue. Kill all guards in the current area to become anonymous.
8. Then, climb the burning tower in front of you.
9. Continue to the next location. Ignore the guards and run/climb along the path.
10. Again you need to be anonymous. Therefore, kill all the guards around the next location.
11. Now, run up the stairs and climb the following tower.
12. Finally, you will face Cesare. Attack him and kick him to break his cover. When, the other guards come to help him, eliminate them and switch your focus to Cesare again. Always, follow the on-screen instructions during the sequences. After a while you will defeat him.

1. No interaction required.

1. Walk up the stairs and turn on eagle vision when you are at the top.
2. Then interact with the numbers next to the exit.
3. After the sequence, jump onto the beams ahead and then onto the one left of you. 
#Keep climbing/jumping along the path until you reach a power box. Now, climb up the wall with the power box and run/jump into the direction you came from.
4. Follow the path via the beams and objects you swing on until you reach a sign with a lightning bolt for power.
5. Climb up the yellow structure and jump backwards onto the platform.
6. Then, follow the path via the beams to the center of the colosseum.
7. When you reach, what appears to be the inside, you will see a ledge on the left above you.
8. You need to climb the yellow structure with black stripes left of the ledge, then jump backwards, climb left and jump backwards to the ledge.
9. Continue climbing along the path straight ahead.
10. Then, when you reach the pigeons, jump into the hay below.
11. Turn on your eagle vision to discover the two buttons. Interact with them to open a door.
12. Climb the structure right or left of you and jump into the opening.
13. Then, climb/jump along the beams. You will reach a beam from where you will need to jump to the wall on your right and then climb to the next one.
14. Continue until you reach the next hologram.
15. After thee hologram is finished, use eagle vision to discover two buttons. Press them.
16. Then, climb up the wall ahead, jump backwards on the beam, jump towards the other side of the wall and climb up until the sequence starts.
17. Move forward and follow the shadow by climbing up the structure ahead and then onto the following platform.
18. Then, use the lever and proceed along the beams on your right.
19. Follow the path by climbing/jumping along the chandeliers always looking out for the next closest one. Continue climbing until you reach the platform with the next lever and pull it.
20. Now return to your friends.
21. In the next room walk onto the platform ahead. After the sequence, follow the path.
22. In the next area, drop onto the platform below and use the control unit.
23. Now, jump along the platforms to your left, always looking out for the next closest one.
24. You will reach three “intersections”, where you need to decide onto which lever to jump. Follow this order: Left, right, left.
25. Finally, you will return to the platform you started on.
26. Then, walk towards the Apple of Eden.
27. Finally, try and move with your control stick and kill the girl. Afterwards, you have completed Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood.
