Assassin's Creed Brotherhood Walkthrough - The Da Vinci Disappearance DLC

The Da Vinci Disappearance is a downloadable content for the game Assassin's Creed Brotherhood. It was published by Ubisoft and developed by Ubisoft Montreal. The content was released on March 8, 2011 for the Xbox 360, and on March 9, 2011 for the Playstation 3. It features single player and multiplayer content.

The solo campaign of Assassin's Creed Brotherhood is extended with eight missions that focus on the disappearance of Leonardo Da Vinci. The multiplayer content features four more playable characters: the Marquis, the Knight, the Pariah and Dama Rossa; as well as two new game modes and an additional map.

Story

The Da Vinci Disappearance takes place in 1506, after the Borgia family has been taken out from Roma by Ezio Auditore. His old friend, Leonardo Da Vinci, is studying the text of the Greek mathematician, Pythagoras. Unfortunately, he is been captured by the Hermeticists, a group of men who want to transform mankind. Using the clues dispatched in Leonardo's painting, Ezio has to find a way to free his friend.

Gameplay

Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood is a third-person action adventure. It combines stealth and combat action with various weapons from the 15th century. The game features a huge open world allowing you to complete missions in several different ways. A defining element of the Assassin’s Creed Series are viewpoints. Your character will have to climb various viewpoints, such as churches or other tall buildings, in order to study his surroundings and discover locations or various side objectives.

Depending on the missions, the player will have to use direct combat or stealth to get to the objective. Ezio, the main character, can jump on everything, making it very easy to use the rooftops as an alternate route. Many different weapons can be used to kill the guards such as crossbow, knife, poison or a gun.
