Memento Mori is the third mission of The Da Vinci Disappearance, downloadable content for the game Assassin's Creed Brotherhood. In this walkthrough, the player will learn where to find the second painting. For that, Ezio will have to tail the owner and pursue the thief of the painting in the street of the Vatican.

1. The next painting is in the Vatican. Go to the gate to initiate the memory.
2. You will have to tail the owner of the painting. Stay far and blend in the crowd. They will pass a group of guards that won't let you in. You can either take another route from the left, or use the rooftops. For the second option, there are a lot of guards on the roof so stay hidden and use your crossbow to eliminate them.
3. They head to the cathedral on the west. Follow them in the small streets on the right. Spies will attack you. Call your assassins to help get rid of them.
4. After the cutscene, one of the Hermeticists will escape with the painting. You will have to run after him and kill him to get the painting back. He is a little slower than you but don't lose him. He will get on the roof at some point. Use this oppurtunity to get close to him and kill him with your hidden blades.
5. You got the second painting. You now have to escape the Vatican. Use the rooftops and carefully study your map for the location of the guards.
