Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood features several rewards which can be accessed in the game if the player uses Ubisoft’s Uplay service. These rewards, known as Uplay Rewards are available on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 while the cheats can be used on all platforms.

As the sequel to Assassin’s Creed 2, the third title of the franchise published by Usbisoft, puts the player in the role of Ezio Auditore da Firenze, a Master Assassin who also appeared in the previous episode of the series. Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood Uplay Rewards
One of the Uplay Rewards available in the game is the Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood Theme which can be used on a PS3 or Xbox 360 to change the aspect of the console’s main menu. To gain access to the theme the player must sign up for Uplay and buy it for one token.
For another token players can gain access to the Harlequin which is character usable in the Multiplayer Mode. For 3 tokens, using the same service offered by Ubisoft, each player can purchase a pistol upgrade. Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood can be cheated but only if the player completes the game’s sequences with 100% total synchronization. If the player manages to complete this task he will be able to use the following cheats:

"Killing Spree"- for completing Sequence 3
"Sisterhood"- for completing Sequence 4
"Ultimate Guild"- for completing Sequence 5
