On April 16, 2009, developer Ubisoft released a new teaser trailer for the upcoming action adventure game Assassin's Creed 2. The game is scheduled to be released in Q4 of 2009.
About the Series
The Assassin's Creed games are an action adventure series set in modern times. In the first title, a young man named Desmond is being studied by an institute that has developed a way to generate a living memory of a person's ancestry.
In the case of Desmond, his family's lineage dates back to a fraternity of assassins responsible for some of the most famous assassinations history.
The first ancestor that Desmond inhabits is Altair, which is who the first game is centered around. In the upcoming second Creed title, the player takes control of another of Desmond's murderous ancestors named Ezio.IGN: Assassin's Creed
