• Flipping Out Over Lawsuit

  • Jensen and her husband, Terence Beesley, filed a lawsuit in December 2008 against Flipping Out star Jeff Lewis. The couple claims Lewis built a deck which encroached on their property. Allegedly, Lewis made "aggressive threats" when they refused a private monetary settlement. A temporary restraining order was issued against Lewis in which he is ordered to stay at least 50 feet away from Jensen's property and to "not harass, assault or trespass on the property."EOnline: Jeff Lewis Flips Out on Ugly Betty Star (December 12, 2008)

  Lewis responded to the lawsuit: "Simple encroachment dispute that should have been resolved informally. I have never threatened either of them with physical harm, nor was I abusive or verbally threatening to either of them. In fact I have never even met Ms. Jensen. The court will decide how much the easement is worth."
