    Ashley Dupre filed a lawsuit against Girls Gone Wild and its founder Joe Francis in Miami, Florida, in April 2008. Dupre claimed that she was persuaded to pose with her breasts exposed for a taping of Girls Gone Wild while she was vacationing in Miami Beach and was instructed to sign a release form afterwards. Dupre's lawyer, Richard C. Dupre testified in federal court on March 10, 2008, against the owners of the Emperors Club.
