Published reports say Lindsay Lohan will be charged with felony grand theft.  According to People Magazine, the Los Angeles District Attorney's office plans to press charges against the actress in connection with the alleged theft of a $2500 necklace from a Venice, California, jewelry store last month.  People says Lohan was expected in court on Wednesday, February 9, 2011, for an arraignment.http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20464690,00.html
