  • Fine Dining

If you're looking for some well-rated fine-dining, be sure to check out Matilde; they are exceptionally rated by Frommer's and received four diamonds by AAA. The atmosphere is "relaxing," yet formal and the menu is a bit of a French and Caribbean fusion. The wine selection is said to be "perfectly cooled" and the food "outstanding." This is the place to be for that special night out on the town.
  • Affordable Dining

Iguana Joe's is "Aruba's #1 Caribbean Bar & Grill," or so they claim. Food is affordable and the menu is "extensive;" it's a mixture of American grill-style food with a Caribbean touch. The menu features seafood, ribs, chicken and six types of fajitas, including "Joe's Ultimate Fajita," which is made of shrimp, steak and chicken. The drink list seems to be popular with such concoctions as the "Pink Iguana" and the "Cactus Colada."
