Arthur Levinson Resigns From Google

  • On October 12, 2009, Google announced that Arthur Levinson had resigned from its board of directors. The Federal Trade Commission had been investigating whether Levinson and Eric Schmidt being on the boards of both Google and Apple was a violation of the Clayton Antitrust Act. Schmidt resigned from Apple's board on August 3, 2009.
