Art Briles is currently the head coach Baylor University football team. Art Briles started his coaching career at the high school level, coaching in the Sundown Independent School District in Sundown, Texas.
Brief Biography
A high school standout, Art Briles was recruited by the University of Houston in the mid-1970s to play wide receiver. However, after his parents died in a car accident, Briles decided to quit the team and get his degree at Texas Tech University. Briles was recently hired by Baylor University after coaching at the University of Houston for four years.
