  There are many different ways to make Arroz Con Pollo, all ending with basically the same result, a wonderful, easy-to-make dish that is liked by most everyone.

  1. Prepare rice, ensuring it is not over-cooked.
  2. Mix in vegetables and seasonings.
  3. Add in chicken that has been cut into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Bake until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Allow to cool before serving.
