Aromatherapy is a form of holistic or alternative medicine involving the use of essential oils or other plant compounds for a wide range of things including relaxation, stress and physical and mental conditions. Aromatherapists believe that the aroma stimulates the nerves in the nose which sends impulses to the brain.
