Armani is a famous fashion label founded by Italian designer Giorgio Armani and partner Sergio Galeotti. The company is a well established menswear clothing line, that also carries clothing and apparel for women.
The Designer

Girgio Armani was born in Piacenza on July 11, 1934. Armani first trained in medicine, but later moved to photography. He started decorating store fronts and windows at La Rinascente department store. It was there that Armani got his passion for design.
For ten years, Armani worked for Nino Cerruti. And in 1974 he met and partnered with Sergio Galeotti. Together with the help of Armani's sister Rosanna, they established one of the largest menswear clothing company in the world. In 1985 Galeotti died of AIDS leaving Armani as soul founder.

Armani is known for his clean, tailored lines and its ability to dress a man as tastefully as a woman.
