Professional house flipper and Flip This House star Armando Montelongo Jr. is being accused of owing an appraiser $4,125 for their services. On February 20, 2008, Montelongo was indicted by a Travis County grand jury. He allegedly owes money for 11 home appraisals that were done between December 2005 and September 2006 by Austin-based Reliance Appraisal Service. If convicted, Montelongo could face up to two years in prison.
