Arlen Faber is a romantic comedy about a single mother and a man just out of rehab that are searching for answers in their lives. Regarding the movie name: "Well, you know, it's really hard to come up with names when you're writing a screenplay. "Arlen" just sounded like an interesting name to me. I have a bunch of kids so I have baby name books lying around and I liked the name "Arlen."
