Arjun Rampal was born in Jabalur]], [[India. He attended the Kodaikanal International School.He began his professional career as a model when he was discovered by fashion designer Rohit Bal. The film did not fare well but Rampal got more offers and has made a steady career for himself as a supporting actor.
