Architecture in Helsinki is a five-piece Indie-pop group from Melbourne. Their music is influenced by a broad range of styles, from electronic to rock, and will often switch between these influences within a single song. They support their flexible compositional style with a vast selection of instruments, from synthesizers to the glockenspiel, in both their recorded music and their live performances.

The Collective Grows and Contracts
Similar to their expansive sound, the band's lineup was well known for its size. Shortly after working together with a band called The Rhinestone Horns, Architecture in Helsinki added all 3 members to its original 5. And while two of the added members eventually left the group, Architecture in Helsinki recorded and toured with all 8 members for nearly 3 years. -
