Arcana Heart is an anime-inspired fighting game that features an all-female cast of eleven fighters, called maidens, whose objective is to save the earth from destruction. Select one of the elemental spirits, Arcana, to complement the characters with additional special moves and powers for multiple dynamic combinations.

Arcana Heart Unlockables
- Good Ending (unlock the "Extra" menu)
- Defeat Mildred before time runs out in the final battle via knock-out victory in Story mode
- Bad Ending
- Defeat Mildred by Time Out victory (allow time to run out) with more health than she has
- Story Mode Artwork
- Play ten times as any character in any mode, e.g., Arcade, Story, Training or Versus unlocks their bonus information with picture
- Arcana Portraits
- Win Story Mode with any character to unlock their artwork, the story events that character took place in, and the ending art for that character
- Execute each of the eleven Arcana blaze attacks in Story or Arcade mode to unlock all of the Arcana Portraits
- To unlock all Arcana Portraits, execute each of the eleven Arcana Blaze Attacks.
- Pre-Super Attack
- Pre-Super Attack animations are unlocked by executing each character's super move in Story or Arcade Mode
