Arcana Heart is a 2D fighting game for the Sony PS2. The game is a popular Japanese title that has been ported over from Atlus and features an all-female cast fighting in the style of Dead or Alive. The PS2 port provides the option of using the original version of each character or the "full" arcade patch version that was released to address character balance issues. Once your character is selected, you additionally determine that character's special moves.

- Saki Tsuzura: Balanced character, especially good at rushing in against an opponent
- Kamui Tokinomiya: Thousand Years Protector; kept asleep until there is a crisis
- Konoha: Tiny, short reach, very fast
- Maori Kasuga: Excellent fighter, needs to keep a safe distance from opponents
- Mei-Fang: Powerful close-range attacks
- Lilica Felchenerow: Speed and adaptability
- Lieselotte Achenbach: Complex versatile character
- Yoriko Yasuzumi: Not very strong, but wide variety of attacks
- Kira Daidohji: Excellent offensive attacks and throwing capabilities
- Fiona Mayfield: Powerful, but easily vulnerable after making an attack
