The Aquarium of the Pacific opened in 1998 and is located in Long Beach, California. With over 1.4 million visitors a year, it is the largest aquarium in southern California and the fifth largest aquarium in the United States. Hours of Operation
- Opened daily 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. except December 25, 2009.

1. Now through December 31, 2009, AAA members receive a 10% discount for adult, child and senior admission tickets.
2. Veterans, military personnel, firefighters and police officers receive free admission on Veteran's day, Thursday, November 11, 2009. Must show valid military ID.
