April Fools Day Office Pranks are a great way to lighten up the mood at work. Surprise your boss with a whoopie cushion, stun your co-worker by putting her stapler in a jell-o mold, or switch his computer screen to a screensaver that makes it look like they are experiencing computer failure.
Some offices may not allow pranks and fun on April Fool's Day, so it is a good idea to double check office policy so you don't wind up getting yourself into trouble over fun and games.
Origins of April Fool's Day

The origins of April Fool's day are often debated, however one of the earliest references to pulling pranks on the first day of April appears during the later half of the fourteenth century in Geoffrey Chaucer's The Canterbury Tales.
