The 2008 version of Apple's annual September media event was titled "Let's Rock." For the first time, the event was held at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco, California. Announcements included new iPod models and prices, new iTunes 8 features and more. iTunes Genius provides users with recommendations from the iTunes Music Store based on the song they're listening to. Genius also anonymously gathers information from users' playlists to become smarter at making these recommendations.
