College Credit?
Colleges all have different standards for how they apply the results of AP exams. The standards may also vary by department within in a college. In some cases, a score of a 3 may be sufficient to receive credit. For others, a 5 might be required. Some schools do not accept AP courses for credit at all, but may use the results to determine eligibility to bypass an introductory class in a subject.Official Site: Getting College CreditWashington Post: AP or IB Really Get You College Credit?
