  • Antoinette Frank is a former New Orleans police officer who was convicted and sentenced to death in 1995 for the murders of fellow police officer Ronald A. Williams III, 25, and two Vietnamese restaurant employees, Cuong Vu, 17, and Ha Vu, 24. Frank, who was working as a security guard at the Kim Anh Restaurant, executed the three in the course of a robbery committed along with her boyfriend, Rogers LaCaze.

    In April 2008, Louisiana state Judge Frank Marullo ordered that Frank be executed by lethal injection on July 15, 2008.
