Antigua Restaurants

  • Antigua is the larger island of Caribbean nation, Antigua and Barbuda. Dining on the island can be quite expensive around the resort areas and most restaurants serve a French-style menu or seafood.
  • Fine Dining

Chez Pascal is one of those luxury-dining options located near five large hotels. They specialize in French food and "is one of the best restaurants on island." The view from the restaurant is "breath-taking," offering diners a view of the Caribbean Sea and the tropical gardens surrounding the area. Chez Pascal is the only dining destination on the island of Antigua that is rated a Fodor's Choice. They are open for lunch and dinner and reservations are strongly recommended.
  • Affordable Dining

The name may throw you off, but the excellent reviews makes Big Banana Pizzas in Paradise a winner for affordable dining in Antigua. Not only is the pizzaria Frommer's highly recommended, but they are also a Concierge.com editor's pick. The Big Banana seems to be a popular local hangout in St. John's and offers "great pizzas" at reasonable rates. This spot is "family-friendly" and on Thursday nights they have a live Reggae performance.
