The FBI arrested Marc Keyser in Sacramento, California on suspicion of mailing as many as 120 packages containing a white powdery substance marked "anthrax" to media organizations, restaurants and a congressional office. The substances were tested and as of October 30, 2008, none of the contents were found to be dangerous.
