Anthony Randolph

College Basketball Career

Prior to playing in the NBA, Randolph played for the LSU Tigers. He led the team in rebounding and ranked second in scoring as a freshman, with 15.6 points per game, 8.5 rebounds, 1.2 assists, 1.1 steals and 2.3 blocks per game in 32.8 minutes a game. He earned Honorable Mention All-SEC honors as a freshman and was named to the All-Freshman Team, Jay Bilas’ ESPN.com All-Maui Team, NABC All-District Second Team, LSWA First Team All-Louisiana and as the LSWA Freshman of the Year in Louisiana.NBA.com: Anthony Randolph Draft Profile

After his freshman season in college, he declared eligible for the NBA draft. Randolph was selected 14th overall the 2008 NBA draft by the Golden State Warriors. He made his professional debut that same year.
