Anthony Marshall is the son of philanthropist and socialite Brooke Astor and works as a Broadway theater producer. He also served in the U.S. Marines, the CIA and as an ambassador under Presidents Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford.
Marshall was convicted on October 8, 2009, of 14 charges including conspiracy, grand larceny and possession of stolen property.
