Mahalo is adding a tip to all questions that don't offer a tip.
What is this a picture of, an insect or a spider?
I can't tell if this is a spider (I only see 6 legs) but if it is an insect I'd like to know what kind of insect it is because I've never seen one like it before. I caught this picture while taking pictures of bee and didn't even realize it was in the frame until I processed the images.

There are 2 legs on the lower right hand side of the creature. They are super-imposed on each other in the image.
Those long spindly legs and large thorax deffinetly look like a spider to me, although I think there is on species of bug that looks like that... a sort of imitatory camouflage.
I would suggest posting it on flickr in a group about spiders.
