According to wikipedia, a group of meerkats can be called a "mob", "gang" or "clan."

The San Diego Zoo agrees and says that "most meerkats live in underground burrows in large groups of up to 30 individuals called a gang or a mob."

They are called "Packs"
EDIT: Apparently Mobs, Gangs, and Clans are commonly used, pack is just the generic reference.
