The arrogance and the elitism and the "holier than thou" attitude have been his trademarks during his presidency and why would they stop now. Do you think he ever really cared? The Iraq wars, the uncontrolled spending, the arms race he perpetuated throughout his term of office....

That seems like the action of a inconsiderate and oafish bafoon.
Former President Bush sure seemed like he would have arrogantly wiped his hand on whomever was conveniently there in front of him. Unsanitary not to mention classless and disrespectful actions like this will never be helpful to the image of a public figure. I wonder if he apologized to former President Clinton or the Haitian he must have obviously confused and shamed by his actions.
