When I initially tried answering I was getting API errors because Mahalo got confused by the header information. I ended up changing my answer and got yet another error message and so I emailed Mahalo to figure it all out and post my answer on my behalf (which I included in my email to them). Somehow the link got lost along the way.
Let me know if you want the header information from any other emails to compare this one to.
