I also keep getting the error that I can't manage a new page because I've already hit my limit (of one) even though I made it to a new level, White Belt with Yellow Tip. So that to me is bizarre.
I just made it to Yellow Belt, so shouldn't I now be able to manage at least 3 pages?

By my math that's 3 pages. But when I got to the 2nd level it never allowed me to manage any more pages. Why??

As for managing pages, it currently shows me you have 4? Are you only seeing 1 on your end?

Yes yesterday I was only able to have one page managed even though I had already reached white with yellow tip a few hours before. Today when I logged in I still only one. After I reached yellow belt then suddenly it seemed like I was able to add 3-4 more, but sure seemed like I could not before then.
Also, you mention that you "just made it" to yellow belt, so it is possible that the system will need a couple of days to catch up and allow you the access you should have.
