Shadowboxing!
Me, martial artists, boxers
I do this in the man cave! (My finished basement)
I do it on my days of Wed, Sat and Sun at night
I like this one because it is fun and it feels like playing
It is a mixture of punches and footwork, occasionally I like to visualize an opponent as I work in doges, blocks and strikes.
I love it, this is a pulse pounding exercise that makes me feel great.

My favorite exercise is burpees. Anyone can do it. You can do it anywhere that you have room to do push ups. I normally do them in the morning.

You start standing up. Touch the ground and kick both legs out behind you. Do a push up. As you stand up, jump stright into the air. Repeat.
