What is my favorite exercise?
Who does this exercise? Where do you do this exercise? When do you do this exercise? Why do you do this exercise? How do you do this exercise? and How do you feel when you are doing this exercise?
Shadowboxing!
Me, martial artists, boxers
I do this in the man cave! (My finished basement)
I do it on my days of Wed, Sat and Sun at night
I like this one because it is fun and it feels like playing
It is a mixture of punches and footwork, occasionally I like to visualize an opponent as I work in doges, blocks and strikes.
I love it, this is a pulse pounding exercise that makes me feel great.

You start standing up. Touch the ground and kick both legs out behind you. Do a push up. As you stand up, jump stright into the air. Repeat.

My favorite exercise is burpees. Anyone can do it. You can do it anywhere that you have room to do push ups. I normally do them in the morning. You start standing up. Touch the ground and kick both legs out behind you. Do a push up. As you stand up, jump stright into the air. Repeat.
