"Its in an area called The Forsaken Fortress that you can get to from Brightwood. Travel to the Westcliff road (the one that leads to the bandit coast). Now look to the left (as you are facing way from the exit) and you will see some steps leading through an archway. Go through there and through another bunch of arches and immediatly look to your left. You should see the entrance to The Forsaken Fortress."
