Ubisoft has not announced an official date.

According to TeamXbox, the console version of Assassin's Creed 2 will be released in March 2010. This doesn't mention a PC version. And, of course, none of this is confirmed.

Asssassin's Creed 2 will be out on the 17th November 2009. This is an exact answer as I have seen it on Assassin's Creed 2 trailers, E3 and sites which you can order it from.
