XBox 360 - What size hard drive do you need?

Going to buy an XBox 360 and wondering if the 4GB drive is big enough. Going to play Forza, Halo, Call of Duty.
Tip for best answer: M$2.05

My boyfriend just recently, maybe 2 months ago, got himself an Xbox 360 and it came with the 4 GB memory unit. He has had to get a hard drive for it, because 4 GB truly is not very much at all. If you are really into video games and plan on playing those you listed, as well as getting additional DLC, such as maps for Call of Duty, and Halo you will be better off with a larger GB hard drive. I personally would recommend getting the 60 GB. I have that one and have had it for a year, and I am quite the gamer. I still have 30.1 GB free and about 50 games on it and quite a bit of music.

Hope this helps!

I think the 20G is just right, there is no need to go crazy with a 60G. Unless you plan on having it for a very long time and you play lots of games and save lots of media.

This depends on you. If you have a lot of free time you'll play a lots of games. 4GB it's low because there a plenty of cool games for XBox 360. 20GB it's OK. Again, this depends on you. So think a bit: if you want to spend lots of houres with it you can buy a 120 GB, and you won't be stressed by space.

The 4GB is in the new arcade version, which is plenty enough for your save games. When it comes to downloadable content, map packs, and saving game images to the hard drive you can suck a smaller hard drive up. If it's not too much try to get a 120 gig.

Loading the games on the hard drive saves the optical drive(which is frequently the cause of system problems) and cuts down on loading times. Each game will take 6-8 gigs if you load it on the hard drive. Then you only need to have the disc in to play, and it won't be reading from it all the time.
