You'll find it 2 ways: breaking down items with "Auld" in the name, or by waiting until after a part in the storyline in the 2nd disc after Underwalt -- the Third Path gets opened. You dig for it in a dig spot nearby the entrance of the Third Path (also completes an accomplishment)
