All augments are available at the augment traders within Fable 2. Go to Bowerstone Market and facing the clock in the middle of town square with your back to the bridge that leads over the river, you'll see to your left a potions trader, a buyable house, and a bookstore. Continue to the bookstore, and make a left directly after passing it. Go all the way down and you will see a Wagon house, that's where the Augment seller lives. If he doesnt have the particular augment you looking for, simply sleep and go at it again. Also, in the Knothole Island downloadable content the weapon trader sells all augments available in Fable 2, including five star augments.
