In Fallout 3 there is reference to a "Vault 77". Does anyone know anything about it?
The vault 77 jumpsuit is located in Paradise Falls. It also has a holotape saying it belongs to "him". Please help.

There is not an actual Vault 77 in the game. It was created to narrate a story in the Penny Arcade web comic. The jumpsuit is the only item in the game referencing Vault 77.
Here's the link to the comic, if you want to put together the story of the jumpsuit. There's 12 in all.

(Note: When you click the link the first time, you have to enter your age and country. You'll get redirected to the website's main page. Just click the link again to get to the comic. Click "First" to get to the first comic, since it automatically takes you to the last one for some reason.)

It's a reference to a Penny Arcade comic series.
To read all about Vault 77 you can go here: http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Vault_77
It is located in the Slaver barracks in Paradise Falls, on a shelf.
Some people think the jumpsuit is cursed and will make the Puppet Man attack during the game. This hasn't been proven though.
