In Fallout 3, how do you get to all the water leaks in megaton?

There are 3 water leaks and I have found 2 but I cant figure out how to get to the leak you can see from the clinic.

One is on top of one of the shops.

I'm not entirely sure. It's been a little while since I've played. I believe that you drop off of the rail by Moira's shop. Then you can follow the pipe along the rooftops.

The first is located just down the path from the gates. you should see it spurting out. The second is located on the roof of the Church of the Atom. This is accessed by dropping down off the ledge by Moira's shop. Be sure to be careful, it is actually a somewhat tough jump. If you look down, you should be able to see it clearly. The final pipe is located near the back of the city, along the stairs.
