To get a Polollybear, you need to evolve a Fizzlybear.

To start, to get a Fizzlybear, you need to have enough Sweetooths to gnaw through the tree outside your garden. That unlocks the path and allows the bear to enter the area.

To make the Fizzlybear appear, you need to have a Honey Hive, three Buzzlegum residents, and a Buzzlegum house.

To get the Fizzlybear to visit, you need four Prickley Pears in the garden and three Honey Jars.

To get it to become a resident, the Fizzlybear needs to eat two Raisants, two Prickley Pears and two Honey Jars.

Then feed the Fizzlybear a Blue Gem and it will turn into a Polollybear.
