Unlock All Songs
Press Red, Yellow, Blue, Red(2), Blue(2), Red, Yellow, Blue to unlock all songs. Alternately, press Y, B, X, Y(2), X(2), Y, B, X on a controller. Note: This code also disables achievements and online features. -From: Geramie Edwards

Does the first code not disable online features, and what do you mean by disable online features?

No, the first code is if you want to use the guitar to enter the cheat instead of the controller. Not sure what the online features refered to are to tell you the truth. My guess would be submitting your scores for online ranking, etc.
