From an IGN article, which I think is referring to GRAW 3:
"Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot said the next Ghost Recon game and Assassin's Creed 2 are targeted for the company's 2009-2010 fiscal year. That means anywhere from March 2009 through February 2010."
