If you like sniping, I enjoy:
Kar98K
Tokarev
Primary grenade: Sticky
Special grenade: Smoke or Tabun
Perk 1: Bouncing Betty
Perk 2: Juggernaut
Perk 3: Iron Lungs
A general one I've used is:
Type 100
Colt
Primary grenade: Sticky
Special grenade: Signal flares
Perk 1: Three special grenades
Perk 2: Juggernaut
Perk 3: Martyrdom
With either of these, if you've gotten the Ordnance Training vehicle perk, I'd pick it since reloading faster can be more helpful than turret movement or speed (ideally you'd be firing shells from a good distance away; not too far though since CoD's splash damage for tanks and bazookas is absurdly small).

well personally when i am around that level i use the class: fg-42 machine gun with the telescope sight, the tokrev tt-33 pistol, bouncing betty's, stopping power/camouflage, second chance, coaxial machine gun its pretty useful in hard core team deathmatches. or i use the same class but replace the fg-42 with type 100 sub-machine gun with either suppressor or aperture sight
