The only game for the Xbox 360 that I can think of would be Perfect Dark Zero...and when you also look at the achievements, any of the multiplayer ones can be earned via splitscreen with the bots playing! The bots can be extremely difficult though if you set them too high and you arent used to the game, but they can also be extremely dumb too.
I hope this helps you out for what you are looking for...Also look into Timesplitters 2 and possibly shadowrun if you are into those kind of games.

• Cheers think I will pickup Perfect Dark Zero.
Had a look at Timesplitters but they aren't backward compatible and shadowrun doesn't have splitscreen.
