What do you think of time and time travel as a gameplay element?
The new Singularity Game is said to use time as a weapon.

I like it as an element. This game is WAY fun. You try to set up your timeline in such a way as to reach your own goal, while trying to mess up other players' timelines. I was one of the playtesters on it: 
Time travel would be cool as long as its relevant to the game. Perhaps like in a Terminator game when going back in time to prevent something happening in the future.
