If you go into prestige mode do you have the option of going back to boot camp?

If you do prestige mode, everything is reset. So its not an option, its mandatory.
You'll also lose your custom sets - which you'll reopen around 12th level I believe. Just make sure that you understand when you go prestige, you start over with everything! You lose all your perks, guns, and all your accomplishments in barracks.
