Unfortunately, you can't get infinite of anything in BK:N&B.;

There are a set number of vehicles parts that can be found/bought/etc. You just have to learn to work within the game's constraints when building vehicles. That includes your available parts and the maximum allowed parts.

Also, there is a finite amount of musical notes (currency). If you get all of the notes, you should have just enough to buy everything provided you didn't spend any bribing the police.
